What will I achieve from this RSA course?

What type of jobs require me to have an RSA certificate?
Bar & Wait staff, Bottle Shop Attendants, Sommeliers, Cellar Hands, Busboys, Room Service

Does it matter which certificate I do?
Yes, as each state and territory has their own specifications for RSA training and certification.

I’m not traveling / sure of which certificate to do?
If that’s the case, the Queensland certificate is best for you. It includes the Nationally recognised RSA certificate as well. That should cover you for most of the other states.

How do you deliver an online course?
We use a mix of text and audio content to keep it interesting. There are a number of case studies to read, as well as a few interactive activities.

What language is the course delivered in?
Our course is delivered in English. We don’t mind where in the world you come from and what language you speak. But when you are using the skills learned in this course in the workplace, most of the time that interaction will be in English.

Is there a test at the end of the certificate?
At the end of each section of the course, you will need to complete a set of multiple choice assessments. The course is a competency based certificate and so no one is meant to fail. You just keep learning until you are competent.

I need a hard copy certificate for job interviews. How do I achieve that?
We provide your certificate as a PDF when you complete the course. Your name will already be inserted on the certificate. So it is ready to print straight away.
